Lincoln Bay is located in downtown Seattle on Second Avenue, and is between Spring and Madison Street. We are on the East side of Second Avenue, and have a Starbucks and a Tully’s on either side of us.

When you enter the building, you will want to take the elevators that are directly to your left. These will take you to the 19th floor, where we are located.


There is metered parking on the street, and numerous parking garages near Lincoln Bay. The parking garage for our building can be accessed by way of Spring Street.
